November 25, 2015 - John Hendrickson is the lead attorney in a lawsuit against Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Santa Rosa. You can read the entire complaint here. The basis of the complaint is that Lithia of Santa Rosa has defrauded its customers by having them execute contracts outside of purchase agreement that were promissory notes in disguise. Even though Lithia has EVERY customer sign a contract with a forced arbitration clause, Lithia refused to arbitrate, and classified the arbitration clause as "illegal" and "unconscionable." If you have purchased a vehicle from Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Santa Rosa, you may be entitled to compensation.
